Service Description
Join me for my weekly Golden Aerobics class and experience a low-impact workout that is both friendly and fun. I understand that getting up and down off the floor isn’t for everyone, which is why my Golden Aerobics class is perfect for those looking for a workout that is easy on the joints. I'll guide you through a series of dance routines with great music to improve your cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength, and flexibility. Don't let age hold you back from staying active and healthy - join me on Fridays at Mossley Village Hall in Congleton. Fridays at 12.30pm - 1.30pm TERM DATES 23rd Feb - 22nd March (5 weeks) 12th April - 24th May (6 weeks - NO CLASS 10th May) 14th June - 26th July (7 weeks) £5 cash in person - just turn up!
