A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

welcome to my fitness world!

I've been training since 2011 exploring various different fitness classes, methods of training and having fun! I love keeping fit, it makes me feel good on the outside and also is imperative to my own mental health. I'm also a keen runner and have been running for over 10 years - I'm running the London Marathon in October 2021 which is a bucket list dream.

I decided to get qualified back in 2016, and I now cover classes at several different gyms across Cheshire, including GymEtc Congleton, Cranage Hall and Hale Country Club.

Weekly Classes:

MONDAY - POUND - Cranage Hall - Mondays at 6.30pm - club members only

WEDNESDAY - Generation POUND (6-12 years) - Astbury Village Hall in Congleton - Wednesdays 4.15pm - 4.45pm - sign up for the 7 week course starting on 8th September here 

POUND - Eaton Bank Academy - Wednesdays 7.45pm

THURSDAY - Mini Movers - Hale Country Club at 4.30pm - ICG Anthem (Indoor Cycling - Hale Country Club at 6pm - BarreBeats - Hale Country Club at 7pm - club members only

FRIDAY - Exercise to Music (for Over 50s) Mossley Village Hall in Congleton - Fridays 12.30pm - 1.30pm in term time. These classes are FREE and you can sign up here

I am also very lucky to be a fitness instructor at the wonderful Juice Master retreats in Portugal and Turkey. I usually teach around 10 weeks per year, so if you’d like to know the weeks I’m doing please send me a message.
